BelleArt provides a 12-month warranty on its products.
The warranty covers defects of the product and material resulting from the normal use process. The final evaluation of this concept depends on the Company. To make warranty claims, you need proof of purchase, which the customer gets with the product. During the warranty period, when presenting the proof of purchase, each defect factory-hidden will be repaired free of charge. In the event that we can not repair or restore the product to normal conditions of use, we will replace it with a new one. If the product is not available, let us exchange for a different pattern or return the full purchase amount.
The warranty does not cover:
a) normal wear or deterioration;
b) loss or theft;
c) damage and damage caused by improper use and neglect;
e) damage caused by third parties.
